Shipping Information
Ironfinder partners with Federal Express for the delivery of packages for both our domestic and international customers. Our working hours are M-F 10am-4:30pm Pacific Time - Closed 5/29 Memorial Day (excluding certain holidays) and our next shipment cut-off is shown in the chart below. In addition, all orders are insured for the purchase amount to protect you in the unlikey event of loss or damage during delivery.
The following rates apply to shipping a single iron under $100. Your shopping cart will automatically calculate other rates based on total purchase price and weight.

US Shipping Exceptions
An additional $19.50 shipping fee is charged for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam, as well as, US Armed Forces destinations. These shipments are switched to USPS Priority Mail. If the total value of your order exceeds $150.00, a signature will be required upon delivery at your location.
International Shipping
For international shipments, we offer Federal Express International Economy service. The shipping charge paid to Ironfinder is for transportation/insurance only and does not include duties, taxes or fees, if any, levied upon entry into your country. If there are duties, taxes or fees, they will be collected by the carrier separately at the time of delivery or the carrier may bill you later. You may want to first contact your taxing authority to inquire about duty, tax and fee rates prior to making your purchase with us. The actual shipping charge by country (in U.S. dollars) and estimated delivery date will show in your shopping cart. Please note: We do not ship iron sets internationally if the purchase price exceeds $150.00 USD.
U.K. Residents Only: Effective January 1, 2021, we are sorry to announce that we no longer ship to the UK due to changes in VAT collection for orders under 135 pound sterling threshold. This change is directly related to BREXIT. We used to ship to the UK daily so it wasn't an easy decision to make. Once there is a US-UK trade agreement, we will start shipping there again. MSG159
