I recently lost my Taylor Made LT 9-iron (Left Handed) at a Pro-Am in Washington State; being the first time at losing a club it personally ate at me for my stupidity. I contacted the course numerous times to no-avail prior to my flight back to Palm Springs, CA and the week after returning. Finally I went searching every golf shop for the club knowing that I had my first professional tournament coming up the following week; again to no-avail. I got desperate, and even called in a favor at TaylorMade factory (Vice President), they stopped pouring/ making the head. You can see that I was about ready to "pop" with anger; sure use an 8-iron and back "off it" and/or "step on" a PW. Not the things you want going through your mind going into this event. It just so happened that I was talking to a friend that owns a golf club repair shop, and he mentioned your company. Oh my god... you actual had the model I lost, and yes it was "left handed". I ordered it on 7/27/06 and I could not believe it!! The following day I received the brand new club from your company in the morning. I never asked for a rush order or anything; yes I did have to play with the S-300 shaft during the event. But come on, I will admit it "You are the Best" for assisting me before I went through total melt down. In closing played well enough for a 3rd place finish and then had an X-100 shaft placed in the club. Strange, how the littlest things become insurmountable in a golfers head.
